At Oh Crap, we’re not just committed to keeping the planet clean with our compostable dog poop bags — we also want to ensure that our shipping process is easy and straightforward, just like picking up after your pup! Below you’ll find all the details on how we get our products from our pile to your doorstep.

Domestic Shipping

Australia

Standard Shipping

  • Timing: Place your order by 6 a.m. Melbourne time, and we'll normally ship the same day! Some larger orders or multi-item orders may not get shipped the same day. Miss the 6 a.m. deadline? Don't worry, we’ll send it the next business day.
  • Carriers: We use both Aus Post, and Dragon Fly are our primary carriers across the country for regular orders. 
  • Cost:
    • Small Item Shipping: $4.50
    • Basic Courier Shipping (Dragonfly): $9.50
    • Standard Aus Post Shipping: $10.99
    • Multi-Item Shipping: $12.95
    • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy zero shipping costs for orders $125 and over because we know every little bit helps!

Express Shipping (Excluding WA & NT)

  • Need your items faster? Opt for our Express Aus Post Shipping:
    • Single Item: $19.99
    • Multi Item Orders: $29.99
    • Important: This option requires a signature upon delivery. No one home? The parcel will be taken to your local post office.

Why no Express to WA & NT?

We love all of Australia, but sending Express to WA and NT would cost more than our customers should ever have to dig up for shipping. We’re keeping it fair, not furry! We'll continue to work to make Express Shipping available in WA & NT asap. 

New Zealand Shipping

We have lot's of members of the #OhCrapFamily in New Zealand. We are excited to offer quick shipping all around NZ with NZ Post. Your card will be charged the NZD equivalent for the AUD shipping rates below. 

  • Rates:
    • Single Item Shipping: $14.99 AUD
    • Multi Item Shipping: $19.99 AUD

International Shipping

Worldwide Wagging

  • Going global? We ship to most countries, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Asia, with rates starting at $50 AUD. Your card will be charged in your local currency, equivalent to our AUD prices. 
  • Carriers: We typically use Aus Post and their international partners (usually your country’s national postal service) to handle international deliveries.
  • Custom Requests: Got a special shipping request? Email us at team@ohcrap.com.au, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

At Oh Crap, we take our commitment to the planet seriously — tail-waggingly serious! That’s why all our shipping, both domestic and international, is carbon neutral. We calculate the carbon footprint of our shipments each year and offset it through various environmental initiatives. This means that every order you place not only helps keep our planet clean but also contributes positively towards a greener Earth. Your support allows us to continue these practices, ensuring that we’re not just picking up after our dogs, but after ourselves too!

Additional Information

  • Packaging: We use environmentally friendly materials for all our shipping. It’s part of our commitment to keeping the Earth as clean and happy as a dog with a new bone.
  • Tracking: After your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. It’s like a GPS for your package, only without the annoying "recalculating"!
