Shipping policy

We make compostable dog poo bags, so we care about how things get from us to you. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Australia

Dispatch

Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday. Orders placed early in the day usually leave the same day. Orders placed later, or over the weekend, go out the next business day. Larger orders can occasionally take an extra day to pack.

Standard shipping

All orders ship with Australia Post. Standard rates are based on the packed weight of your order, including the box, and are shown at checkout.

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Express shipping

Express Post is available to all states except WA and NT.

Express parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, the parcel will be taken to your nearest post office for collection.

Why no Express to WA and NT

Express rates to WA and NT are high enough that we don't think it's fair to pass them on. We are working on a way to offer it. In the meantime, standard shipping is available to every address in Australia.

New Zealand

We ship across New Zealand. Rates are based on the packed weight of your order, set in AUD, and your card is charged the NZD equivalent at checkout. As a guide, a single bag pack is $28.99 and two 375 packs is $44.99.

For large orders, over 4kg or more than a couple of packs, it is best to email team@ohcrap.com.au before you order. Shipping costs change with volume and we will confirm the rate for you.

United States

We ship to the USA. Rates are set in USD and shown at checkout.

Orders over 5kg can't be placed online. Email team@ohcrap.com.au before you order and we will confirm a shipping rate. International orders are sent through Australia Post and delivered by their partner in your country. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

Other countries

We only ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. If you are somewhere else and think you are an exception, or you are looking at wholesale, email team@ohcrap.com.au and we will talk it through.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. If your parcel hasn't moved in a few days, get in touch and we will follow it up with Australia Post.

Carbon neutral shipping

All our shipping, domestic and international, is carbon neutral. We calculate the carbon footprint of our deliveries each year and offset it through environmental initiatives.

Packaging

We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever we can. It's the same thinking that goes into the bags.
